§ Roles: 1) to organize youth groups for family fun zone, 2) to recruit volunteers, and act as liaison between club and Kamloops Sports Council § Needed: 2 chairs § Required: § Jan to June (Total: 5 hrs per month) § All Committees § Set up Criminal Record Checks, set up spreadsheet, contact committees re: numbers, promotion, reach out to youth groups. § July to August (Total: 30 hrs per month) § All Committees § Promotion and recruitment, finalizing numbers youth group committments, scheduling, liaison with club regarding changes to volunteer requirements. § Volunteer training nights. § Can be done remotely till July

§ Role: 1) to help organize raffle administration and paperwork, 2) to act as sales team coordinating sales efforts and engaging third parties. § Need: 1 for administration, 4-6 for sales § Required: § Jan to May (Total: 8 hrs per month) § All Committees § Organize prizes and get posters/tickets ready § Follow up, general tasks, paper work § June to August (Total: 20 hrs per month) § All Committees & team meetings § Sales Team: Set up sales slots at certain locations, engage third parties to sell tickets, visit events & venues § Admin: Track tickets, collect sold stubs, count tickets, ensure compliance with rules § Can be done remotely till June
