  4. T OUR D IRECTOR Entourage’s goal is for you to sit back, relax and enjoy your trip! Your Tour Director will keep the group organized, on schedule, and in the loop from the time you leave the school until the time you return home. STAY IN THE LOOP! Students and Chaperones on the trip can sign up for a text messaging block. Your Tour Director will send out timeline reminders during the trip to keep everyone on schedule and in the right places! Parents at home can also sign up to receive messages so they can learn about where the group is and what they are up to each day!

  5. M OVING D OWN THE R OAD Late model VanHool 56-Passenger Coaches – on board restroom, comfortable seating, DVD Player, enclosed overhead bins. Friendly, professional Drivers. Rest stops and/or meal breaks will be made every 2-3 hours during travel days. 110V Outlets & Limited Service Wifi On Board Stops between the hours of 11:00 pm – 6:00 am reserved for the benefit of the driver. For safety, all participants will stay on board the coach.

  6. B AGGAGE L IMITATIONS Each person is allowed one MEDIUM-SIZED piece of luggage and a small carry on bag. We’ll provide some packing tips a month before departure. You will receive Entourage luggage tags prior to departure. Luggage tags should be filled out and attached to all luggage. LET’S T’S GE GET T PACK PACKING!!

  7. V ALUE A DDED ! Entourage provides snacks & bottled water on board the coach. You can expect to see a variety of chips, cookies, crackers & fruit chews. We try to avoid items with peanuts and take on board allergy concerns seriously. Participants are welcome to bring along additional items – but please exclude dairy items.

  8. I TINERARY R EVIEW Day 1 – Wednesday, April 22, 2020 • Meet & Greet by your Entourage Management Tour Director. • Early afternoon travel to New York City. There will be rest stops, meal breaks, and a driver switch en route. • Travel through the night.  Bring a blanket & a pillow for your traveling comfort!  Pack a small carry on with toiletries & a change of clothes for your first day in NYC. You won’t see your luggage until the hotel.  Bring your favorite DVDs (G, PG, & PG 13 only)  Enjoy complimentary snacks & water or bring your own. Please no liquid dairy products on the bus or leaky water bottles.  We’ll make dinner & breakfast stops en route!

I TINERARY R EVIEW Day 2 – Thursday, April 23, 2020 Meals: Lunch & Dinner Budget for: Breakfast • Morning stop for breakfast & freshening up for the day • Choirs of America National Festival at Queens College  Adjudicated Performance at LeFrak Concert Hall  Choir Clinic with a COA Adjudicator/Clinician  xChange – A Meeting of Voices Workshop  Broadway 101 Workshop • Ellen’s Stardust Diner. Tonight, you’re in for a treat with Broadway-style entertainment from your Broadway-bound waiters and waitresses in this one-of-a-kind Times Square diner. • Check in to the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott – Times Square • Private Group Security 10:00 pm – 6:00 am

F AIRFIELD I NN & S UITES BY M ARRIOTT – T IMES S QUARE Amenities include:  Great location in Times Square!  A hot and cold breakfast buffet served daily.  Business center & fitness center  Each room features two double beds, high speed wifi, a Smart TV, an in-room safe, a coffee maker, an iron, various complimentary toiletries, & a hair dryer.

  11. W HO W ILL I R OOM W ITH ?! Students will be assigned 4 to a room in a room with two double beds. All chaperones will be assigned to their choice of double or single occupancy rooms, providing the numbers work out evenly. Students will sign up for roommates in January. Chaperones will be asked for roommate preferences. If you have any special requests or needs for your student, please contact Entourage Management.

  12. W E ’ LL KEEP OUR EYES ON YOU ! ! ! Private Security will be provided at the hotel to monitor the room block from the hours of 10:00 pm – 6:00 am (or as appropriate for your schedule.) Security guards will ensure that students remain in their rooms on their appropriate floors, do not disturb other guests with excessive noise and be available to assist them to get help quickly should an emergency occur during the night. Additionally, we will make sure that the room block is arranged so that there are an appropriate number of chaperone rooms on each floor with the students.

I TINERARY R EVIEW Day 3 – Friday, April 24, 2020 Meals: Breakfast, Boxed Dinner Budget for: Lunch • Breakfast Buffet at your hotel  COA Nationals Carnegie Hall Massed Choir Rehearsal • Radio City Music Hall Tour. The Radio City Stage Door Tour offers an insider's look at the legendary Radio City Music Hall. On this guided tour, discover art deco masterpieces, learn the secrets of the Great Stage, meet a Rockette, plus much more! • Rockefeller Center. This is one of New York’s most iconic attractions! You’ll have plenty of delicious lunch options here! • COA Nationals at Carnegie Hall  Carnegie Hall On-Stage Warm Up  Carnegie Hall Massed Choir Performance  Carnegie Hall Spotlight Performance (Choirs of 45 + singers) • Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott – Times Square • Private Group Security 10:00 pm – 6:00 am

I TINERARY R EVIEW Day 4 – Saturday, April 25, 2020 Meals: Breakfast Budget for: Lunch & Dinner • Breakfast Buffet & hotel check-out.  Plainfield East HS Choir sings at Cathedral of St. John the Divine • Guided Tour of Manhattan . Today’s tour will give you time both on and off the coach. Explore the sights of Upper, Midtown, and Lower Manhattan as you work your way down to the 9/11 Memorial Plaza. Enjoy a walk through Central Park and time to get up close and personal in some famous NYC neighborhoods. • 9/11 Memorial Museum. The attacks of September 11 were one of the most watched and documented tragedies in histories. Explore objects and stories of the Museum’s collection. The memorial exhibition will commemorate the lives of those who perished.

  15. I TINERARY R EVIEW Day 4 - Continued Free Time to Explore. Tonight, you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy • dinner on your own before your Broadway show. • Broadway Show – Aladdin. The timeless story of Aladdin is a thrilling production filled with unforgettable beauty, magic, comedy and breathtaking spectacle. It’s an extraordinary theatrical event where one lamp and three wishes make the possibilities infinite. (Tickets are on request and the Broadway show is subject to change based on confirmation) • Evening departure for home. Travel through the night. There will be rest stops, a driver switch, and a breakfast stop en route. Day 5 – Sunday, April 26, 2020 • Afternoon arrival in Plainfield, IL

  16. W HAT TO B UDGET F OR Inclusions Your trip includes 2 buffet breakfasts, 1 boxed lunch, 1 group dinner, 1 boxed dinner, and snacks and bottled water on your motorcoach. Budget for:  4 Fast Food Meals ($8-$12 each)  2 NYC Lunches ($15-$20)  1 NYC Dinner ($20-$30)  Additional Snacks & Treats  Souvenirs

T RIP C OST & P AYMENT P LAN Student Cost $ 1,339.00 per student, assigned 4 to a room Payment Schedule $ 250.00 per person deposit Due September 13, 2019 $ 300.00 per person installment Due October 25, 2019 $ 300.00 per person installment Due December 6, 2019 $ 300.00 per person installment Due January 17, 2020 Final Balance Due March 6, 2020 Trip pricing is based on a minimum number of participants per bus. Pricing could be adjusted based on the final group numbers. Students will be accompanied by staff chaperones who will be notified to register after student registration.

  18. R EGISTRATION Visit www.entourage-management.com/penyc to register! Trip ID # PEHS-04222020 Access Code: Carnegie Register early as space on the trip is limited and available on a first come-first served basis . Once we’ve filled the first motorcoach, students will be placed on a waiting list if/until we have enough interest to open up a second motorcoach. Parents, and only parents should register students using his or her own email. You will be required to upload a head shot of your student for chaperone information on the trip. Space will not be reserved without a $250 deposit. We accept Mastercard, Visa, & Discover.
