Presentation on Digital Locker
Introduction Introduction DigiLocker provides a personal storage space in the cloud to Indian citizens. Citizens that are registered with DigiLocker can upload electronic copies of documents and certificates (e.g. Aadhaar card, driving license, Voter ID, School certificates) directly into citizens’ lockers and can also upload scanned copies of their legacy documents in their accounts.
How ow does does DigiLocker DigiLocker work? ork? To sign up for a DigiLocker account, you need to have an Aadhaar number. Way to sign up: Mobile OTP: Use this method if your Aadhaar number is linked to your mobile number. Once you enter the Aadhaar number on the Sign Up page, a “One Time Password” (OTP) is sent to your mobile through SMS.
After successful OTP, you are asked to create a username and password. This completes the sign up process.
