  2. Oral Presentation Guideline 1. Timing of Presentation (including Q&A) - Plenary Talk: 60 min. - Oral Presentation: 15 min (inc.3 min. Q&A). 2. You are required to bring your presentation file on a USB flash memory stick. We recommended that you have the back-up in its original file format as well as Acrobat (i.e., pdf), which ensures the highest likelihood of compatibility with another system if needed. This will be used as a back-up in case your own computer has been problem. The complexities of software compatibility are such that the Conference is unable to guarantee that your presentation will be delivered correctly if you elect not to bring your own computer, especially if your presentation uses features such as embedded animations, video clips, and sound. 3. For those that live outside of the country, please remember to bring your own power adapter if you use your own laptop. The electricity supply commonly used in Korea is the 220-volt 60Hz system. you are advised to check your electronic equipment beforehand. 4. Please create your PowerPoint in screen format. The Aspect Ratio is 4:3. Please set your computer resolution to this. 5. A laser pointer and microphone will be provided.
