Enterprising Communities • Convergence funded 2011-2014; £4.9m (£ 3.45m) • Delivered in partnership: WCVA and local county voluntary councils (CVCs) services • Developed from an Objective One project – subject of a DG Regio case study on local development • Will provide in-depth focussed assistance to 300 enterprising third sector organisations, and create 30 new social enterprises

Social Enterprise Support Project • Delivered by Wales Co-operative Centre • Convergence and Competitiveness funding 2008-2013 (£ 7.9m; £ 4.02m ERDF) • Supports the development and growth of social enterprises • Designed to provide specialist support to social enterprises that have ‘graduated’ from Enterprising Communities
