  3. ME MENÙ NÙ ST STOR ORY 1932 - Romolo Barbieri, Rodolfo's father, founded the salami factory that bears his name; 1941 - The production of the granulated stock "Tutto" begins. This first specialty product paved the way for all future specialties; 1956 - Rodolfo Barbieri took over the reins of the company following his father's death. He changed the company name to Robar and switched the company's focus to specialty food; 1967 - Giliana Barbieri and Rodolfo Barbieri invented Pomodorina; 1972 - The company name is changed to Menù; 1999 - Menù obtains UNI EN ISO 9002 certification for the quality of its production process; 2002 - Menù celebrates 70 years of operations and its first 40 years of success in the catering business; 2007 – 40 th anniversary of the main product Menù, the Pomodorina; 2012 - 80 th anniversary of Menù. 3 Menù
