Determine Competitions for the Firm • Pre-Event Competitions have submission deadlines 1 month prior to event • Determine who will submit the documents • Use Company email! • Live Competitions: Sign up and confirm times • Leader for each competition • Information in competition book

The Booth • STUDENTS READ the rules • Every event has different restrictions on food, balloons, music, height, etc. • Know the booth size Event information packet on the VE Hub

The Packing List Ø Get Lots of Tubs (or boxes that paper comes in) Ø ONLY ONE PERSON IN CHARGE OF PACKING Ø Create a master checklist of everything you need Ø Label everything
