Our system consists of: 1.Motorized rotating mechanism to measure the radial thickness, flatness,Ovality. 2.We introduced a first in class sensor mechanism to calculate the number of teeth. 3.Established a PC based SPC software to track the reduction. 4.Andon system to display the OK and NOT OKAY parts. 5.With Motorized controls we increased GAGE R&R and reduced manual intervention During the measurement cycle.
