What is the Pre-ACT? A multiple-choice test aimed at preparing 10 th grade students for the ACT Serves as a way for students to see direct score predictions on the ACT
What is tested on the Pre-ACT? 4 multiple-choice sections on the test: 1. English 2. Math 3. Reading 4. Science (there is no writing section)
How is the test scored? On a scale from 1-36
How is it different from the ACT? It is considerably shorter: 1 hour and 55 minutes long (vs. 3 hours and 55 minutes)
The PreACT will help you get ready for the ACT The questions on the exam will be questions from past ACTs that have been reformulated You will get a better sense of how you will score on the ACT
When will I get my scores back? Roughly 2 weeks after taking the test (will get test booklet and answers back)
When and Where do I take the exam? *Tuesday, October 11 th *Labs in the library and all of B Building
