Section 1 – Applicant Details  Must be completed in respect of ALL applicants  Use Appendix 2 if needed  Remember to include registration numbers  Use the drop-down menu to select the sector 11

Section 2 - Overview  Clearly and concisely articulate your key messages  Identify priority research area(s) and justify your choice 12

Section 3 – Methodology and Ethics  Re-read guidance material and watch webinars  Be mindful of the values of respect, integrity, trust and care  What are the potential ethical issues? o Confidentiality? o Informed consent? o Potential?  What safeguards will you put in place? 13

Section 4 – Project Plan  All stages of research  Include detailed timelines  Identify who’s doing what 14
