Poster Presentation 2016 Sigma Group of Institutes brings to Gujarat a world class institute for technical education and a complementary faculty that lives up to the global standards of excellence in technical education. Built on several acres of countryside and far from the madding crowds, the institute is cosmopolitan in character, truly global in outlook yet deeply to the traditions and values of the Indian culture. Sigma Institute of Engineering organized Poster Presentation Fair 2016 for the 2 nd semester on 18 th June 2016. It was a good opportunity for the students to showcase their Poster and present it. This work was done by the students under the guidance of faculties of the different branches. The respective Guides and students of the respective departments were highly involved to make the Poster Presentation fair a success. They were guided and motivated by In charge Principal Professor Mr. Jay Patel and HOD of Information Technology, Mrs. Kalyani Adawadkar. The experts for IT department were Dr. Sukantkumar Chhotaray, Principal of Sigma Institute of Engineering, Vadodara, Mr. Jay Patel, I/C Principal of Sigma Institute of Engineering, Vadodara and Mrs Kalyani Adawadkar, HOD of Information Technology Department, Sigma Institute of Engineering, Vadodara. The judges took keen interest in all the Posters and shortlisted best 3 Posters. At Sigma Institute of Engineering, we understand the challenges that are in store for students. IT Engineering (16) A block diagram is a diagram of a system in which the principal parts or functions are represented by blocks connected by lines that show the relationships of the blocks. They are heavily used in engineering in hardware design, electronic design, software design, and process flow diagrams. Block diagrams are typically used for higher level, less detailed descriptions that are intended to clarify overall concepts without concern for the details of implementation. File management is the storing, naming, sorting and handling computer files. It is the process of maintaining folders, documents and multimedia into categories and subcategories as desired by a user. Fundamental aspects of file management are organizing, labelling and classifying computer data. A file management system should not be confused with a file system, which manages all types of data and files in an operating system (OS), or a This project secured Second prize in IT Dept. database management system (DBMS), which has relational database capabilities and includes a programming language for further data manipulation. Loops are used in programming to repeat a specific block of code. A loop statement allows us to execute a statement or group of statements multiple times. Loop control statements change execution from its normal sequence. When execution leaves a scope, all automatic objects that were created in that scope are destroyed.
