Seal surfaces by 3-layer application of Global Encasement Inc.’s • “LeadLock” or equivalent. Spot abatement of lead-containing paints prior to torch cutting (as • needed) for removal of pipe-rack, metal hopper, etc. From: Building 49 • Crane 14 tower • Metal hopper and pipe-rack • Shipyard Relics • Boom and Cab exterior of Crane 30 • Hazardous materials removal from Building 49 includes: Remove lead- and asbestos-containing materials as identified • in specifications, including dust on floors and interior horizontal surfaces. Remove & replace corrugated metal roof w. ACM mastic. • Characterize & dispose of debris pile. •
