PROPERTY PROCESS A property is leased, subject to the following process being followed: o Properties available for lease is valued by a Professional Valuer. o Available premises is advertised for lease by means of a tender process. o This process has a scoring criteria which is used to evaluate the bids, scored and adjudicated with a recommendation to TNPA Head Office for final authorization. o The latest approved Port Development Framework Plan has to be adhered to. o Premises that is required for leasing at short term periods i.e. one to six months can be considered and authorized by the Port Manager.
