Phase 1 – History • Opened in 2012 – 3 years of operating history and compelling programming. • Attendance is growing at about 40% per year. • Revenue increased 46% and 70% for 2014 and 2015, respectively. • First paid staff person hired in summer of 2015. • Implemented new back office system in 2015. • Planning for Phase 2 in ongoing. 2

  3. Phase 2 - Overview Fast Track’s Board of Trustees, volunteers and other supporters are ready to • commence with Phase 2 of the project, albeit in two parts – Phase 2A and Phase 2B. Phase 2A will add two high quality natural surface grass fields, lighting, fence, • parking lot improvements and other landscaping on the larger 5.3 acre parcel. The fields will be leased to and operated by Cleveland Plays. Cleveland Plays organizes and promotes a co-ed sport and social club geared toward • young professionals throughout the Greater Cleveland area. The new fields will attract 8,000 visitors per month. Phase 2B will be a newly constructed 49,000 (+-) sq. ft. pre-engineered steel building • on the other 3.6 acre parcel. The building will be constructed over the current track without relocating it. • Total investment between Phase 2A and 2B is over $3.3 million on top of the nearly • $500,000 that has been invested to date by Fast Track Cycling. Subject to funding and other hurdles, Phase 2A is targeted for completion in • September of 2016 while Phase 2B has a target completion date of November 2017. 3

  8. Building Amenities The indoor facility will be a 48,600 sq. ft. (180’x 270’) pre-engineered steel • building that will enclose the current 166 meter track. The existing track will remain in place while the building is constructed • over the top of it. There will be bathrooms, locker rooms and/or changing areas. • Building will feature a tavern or sports bar with outdoor patio seating and • possibly views of the track. Two corner suites are being marketed for lease to small businesses in the • fitness industry (i.e. spinning, yoga, rock climbing, cross fit, etc.). The facility would provide concessions and merchandising operation for • bike races and other events and will have bleacher seating for 1,000 plus. Infield will accommodate an additional 500 spectators. • An underground pedestrian tunnel will be constructed for convenient • infield access during riding and racing sessions. Ample free parking with 217 parking spaces. • 8
