Hyndland Secondary School UCAS 2014/15 P.C. and SLT will spend time with your child discussing the following:- • Input from the Careers Service. (SDS) •All applicants are properly registered on “ Apply ” • The Information we receive from class teachers regarding Progress, Application,Suitability and predicted grades . •Youngsters’ commitment to their chosen courses through…research, work placements etc. • personal statements • The general progress of their online application • Reference. (And, eventually, any offers made.)
Hyndland Secondary School UCAS 2014/15 In return, we expect our UCAS applicants to: • Let their PC teacher know they intend to make a UCAS application • Attend PST every day, and Assembly every Wednesday Period 1 • Be clear about their choices • Have researched the courses that interest them; not all courses with the same title have the same content. Very importantly….. KEEP IN TOUCH with PC Teacher.

(Students make appointments through PC teacher.)
