Strong executive tea Str team Mr Matthew Martin – Managing Director Matthew is an accomplished executive leader with almost 20 years in operational and executive management roles. He is a hands on problem solver, adept at risk management and mitigation, with a track record of successfully negotiating positive outcomes for stakeholders. Dr Simon Richards – Director of Exploration Simon has a well deserved reputation for being a leader in the area of technology and innovation in the geological space. Simon has been the principal investigator on geological projects for companies including DeBeers, Barrick Gold and Nautilus Minerals. Simon combines classical geological and geophysical techniques with innovative technologies to generate accurate and precise 3D models of the Earth structure. He uses these techniques to unravel the large-scale controls on mineral deposit formation. Recent experience in exploration and targeting has led Dr Richards to develop techniques that speed up the discovery process while significantly cutting the cost and risk involved with discovering new deposits. Mr Xavier Hill – Head of Mining Xavier brings almost 15 years’ of sound practical experience in the mining industry having managed a number of mines around the world in both open cut and underground operations.
