The District Team options are • Leave the scores as is. All tests have been submitted and will be scored. • Invalidate the scores and not retest the student. • Reset the tests and test the students with the appropriate accommodations. 4. Notify OSA by email when documentation has been uploaded to SharePoint. Include Vendor Case Number and District Number in subject line. Do not email the reset forms or identifiable student information to OSA. Please ensure to complete step 4 ASAP to expedite the approval process. REMINDER: Resetting an assessment would erase all previously entered responses. The student would be reassigned to the accommodated form, and the student(s) would restart the test from the beginning. 6

DRC Reminders Task Topic Status Update 1 Accessibility and Informational Accommodations must be set in the INSIGHT administration site before a student Accommodations begins testing. 2 Pausing for Breaks Informational If a student needs to leave the computer lab/classroom for a short break, the student should select the Pause button. A countdown, beginning with 20 minutes, appears on the screen notifying the student of the time left before the system automatically exits the test. If the test is not resumed within 20 minutes, the student must log back in using the information on his/her student test ticket to finish the test. 3 Transcribing Tests Informational After a student completes testing, the transcriber will copy the student responses from the accommodated edition of the test book into DRC INSIGHT. All responses must be transcribed into the online system. For more information, please see page 42 in TCM or pages 42‐43 in TAM. 4 Online Tools Training (OTT) Informational It will be very helpful for students to explore the OTT prior to testing. OTTs can be accessed via this link using a Google Chrome browser: https://wbte.drcedirect.com/MS/portals/ms/. Accommodated versions of the OTTs can be accessed by launching DRC INSIGHT. 5 Text‐to‐Speech Informational The Central Office Service Device (COS) must be installed to offer text‐to‐speech.
