DISTANCE LEARNING • Planning, preparation and distribution of Print Resources for students • Distribution of Chromebooks • Website, coaching, and webinars for teachers • Tech support for students and parents • Website for students for additional independent study resources • Adjustments to services for students receiving special education support
STUDENT MEAL PROGRAM • On average during the closure, we served approximately 3,500 meals for 1,750 students daily. • Administrators volunteered to assist with serving. • Social distancing practices and safety protocols such as masks and gloves were in place during the program.
OPENING SCHOOLS FOR CHILDCARE • We have worked in collaboration with our city officials to determine the need and process to use to provide these services.
