  10. A close location of the raw material base is of great importance. That is why the horticulture development is one of the strategic areas of T.B. Fruit activity. In 2010 the company T.B. Orchard was established – a modern high-technology enterprise which produces ecologically fruits, berries and vegetables using the best practices in the horticulture field. In 2012 T.B. Orchard already gathered its first strawberry crop and in 2013 its own orchards began to bear fruit , giving raw material for processing. In 2014 T.B. Orchard started planting carrots and red beets , which is one of the company’s key projects , and in 2015 their area was increased. І n 2016 T.B. Orchard planted 350 ha of wheat, 225 ha of rapeseed, 495 ha of soybean, 105 ha of carrot, and 70 ha of red beet, 450 ha of apples, 650 ha of cherries and 30 ha of raspberries . T.B. Orchard 3000 hectares of orchards and fields Currently the area of orchards and fields is 3 00 0 ha. Moreover, it is worth mentioning that T.B. Currently the Group of Companies own s seven plants for production of concentrated and not-from-concentrate juices, purees, frozen vegetables and fruits. The company strategy is the construction of new enterprise and purchase of the existing ones located in the center of raw material areas , since the product of the highest quality can be received only upon the condition that there’s a 24-hour period between gathering and processing. This system complies with the BRC and AIJN international standards.
