ABOUT THE COMPANY TESTORI AERO SUPPLY REPAIR & MAINTENANCE AIRCRAFT L.L.C was established in 2010 (formerly known as Aeropark Group L.L.C) as a leading international niche provider for the support of commercial aviation, military, business jets, cargo planes and helicopters. Today, we support our customers and partners around the world with innovative solutions, RnD and comprehensive curated services from a strong UAE base. OUR FACILITY We run our operations in a 11000 sq.mt owned plot of land with a well-developed facility to continue our existing business with room for expansion in the future. METAL PARTS We fabricate a variety of parts, perform coatings and conduct tests to fulfill customer requirements. With a team of experienced engineers / designers we are capable to produce drawings and read data in all formats with our latest in-house softwares. PLASTIC AND HONEYCOMB PARTS Looking for polycarbonate seat or cabin parts? Such as tray tables, armrest and shrouds. We produce a variety of parts that satisfy the flammability requirements (CS 23 / 25 / 27 / 29.853). CURTAINS AND CARPETS Customized elegant aircraft cabin carpets in wool and nylon or aircraft curtains from pleated to plain and wadded to padded with overlocking options. All carpets satisfy the flammability requirements (CS 23 / 25 / 27 / 29.853). We can offer customers a complete exact replica on design replacement for worn-out and obsolete parts. PLASTIC, HONEYCOMB AND COMPOSITE REPAIR Our team of skilled technicians help service customers on all repairs for interior cabin parts. We are dedicated to convert parts into its serviceable nature so that it would check all airworthiness standards and be declared fit for flight. GALLEYS, RACKS & CONTAINERS We repair and revitalize your equipment like trolleys, containers etc and make it more sustainable in the long run. With thorough stress / brake tests conducted by our quality team, we make sure all galleys are returned back with all its spare parts intact. REFURBISHMENT AND RESTORATION With our paint color matching technology, 3 operational paint booths and upholsterers for fabric and leather, we are well-skilled to turn all unserviceable soft furnishings to a brand new condition.
