Was intended to be a fully comprehensive system: - Encompass all the EH programs at the time - Service the state and local health districts - Provide for Licensure, Inspection and Permitting - Provide for online plan review submission

History - Provide for online payment - Provide for posting of inspection reports online - Provide for cost methodology calculation to inform the establishment of programmatic fees - Provide for surveying of local programs using state survey criteria - Be location based such that all activities occurring at a location are accessible - Facilitate communication and transfer of data and information to LHDs and regulated entities.
