Our parents were at the low traditional fishermen on this part of Nile and we received their experiences. We spent all our school vacations with them on the boats . We decided to launch this new business while keeping the craft and expertise of our fathers, and develop a high level of quality services to our customers, fans of this activity. Description of fishing trips - 7 days / 6 nights on the boat - Lake Nasser - 2 Nights in the hotel in Aswan/ (2 days spent for yours flights) We accept bookings from a single person, minimum 3 days . Program Standard 9 days / 8 niggts - Day # 1 (Arriving in Aswan) You take a flight from your country to Aswan in Egypt, a direct flight or with a stopover in Cairo. Following your arrival at Aswan airport, we transfer you to the hotel where you will spend the night.
- Day # 2 (The first day on Lake Nasser) In the morning at 8:30 am your guide will pick up you at the hotel to join the boats at the High dam port (about 20 minutes by mini-bus) then you would be welcome by the team of our boats, then we start the trip on the beautiful lake in the world. -Day # 3-7 (Fishing on Lake Nasser) Every day after breakfast early in the morning, you start fishing until noon for lunch then you resume activity until the end of the day with change of fishing sites. After our team will serve you the dinner. - Day # 8 (The last day on the lake) Like every day after breakfast early in the morning, you start fishing until noon for lunch then you resume the activity until 14:00, then return to the port to go to the hotel to spend the night. . - Day # 9 (The last day of travel & flight to your country) According to the time of your flight, we will pick up you at the hotel to go to Aswan airport for your flight to your country. Fishing Seasons We advises you stays between October and June for this trip. In reality, you can fish for Nile perch all year.It divides the year into two seasons (summer - winter). - Winter season (October to February) The lake is at its highest level of the year and the Nile perch is greater depth, between 6 and 12 m, it is the season of big fish trolling and casting. The fly fishing is not recommended in winter. - Summer season (March to late June) Until September you can fishing on lake Nasser. Our trips stop at the end of June but because the high heat in Egypt
The Nile perch is in the shallower waters between 2-6 meters and very close to shore for the reason that the tilapia. This is the best time to shore fishing and fly. We can in this way will catch a lot of fish of all sizes. One can also practice trolling with small lure . . Fishing Techniques The fishing technique on the lake are : -Trolling - Spinning ( Drift Casting ) - Fly fishing (in summer) - Vertical fishing (in winter) from the boat. Species of Fish More than thirty species of fish are known in the lake, but not all are fishable line.
There remains a wide variety of fish such, fishable in fishing line in particular (Nile perch, Tiger fish, Cat fish, Puffer fish and Others) . Boats & Accommodation You host two nights in Aswan in a hotel 3 *** near the Nile, you will be in a double room Possible to have a single room with an extra cost. . For this trip, we have two bigs boats ( 15 m - 17m ) : Made of metal, designed to sail on Lake Nasser, our "Mother ships" are comfortable for accommodation and navigation, suitable for navigation on the Lake, . They are equipped with inboard engines of large capacity.
For fishing, ours boats (8m) are open and always accompanied by a big boat. Each fishing boat have a sounder and two beds per boat.Our fishing boats with their unique style and design, amenities (storage of fishing rods,.....) and give you great freedom of movement during fishing times to facilitate your catch fish . The mother ship is provided, equipped with a large cabin for sleeping, resting, a kitchen, a bathroom with a toilet and 6 fixed beds. A covered terrace for evenings, sunsets, in tune with nature. A professional team with your comfort on board (cook, experienced sailors, ...) and a policeman (security). Food & Meals All meals are taken on board, seated and served by a crew member. Meals are prepared by a cook aboard the big boat(mother ship)The food is local, with local and national produce. The menus consist of fish of the day (depending on the fishery), rice, soups, pasta, meat, poultry, fish, mixed vegetables, raw vegetable salads, fruits, oriental pastries, omelets, cheese, bread and jam ) Drinks :Soft drinks (not alcoholic) tea, coffee, and bottled water (Customers have rights to take alcoholic beverage with them ).
Equipment & Comfort We recommend you bring this material with you during your stay for your comfort : Camera, lip protection, sunglasses, hat, cap (for the day),small backpack, sleeping bag, bonnet (for cool evenings), sweater, jacket, flashlight or headlamp, Swiss knife, sandals for the boat, Repellent cream (if needed), biodegradable soap, shampoo (discharged into the Nile), shorts,towel, bath linen and spare clothes (no laundry service) Flight • You find several flights from Europe to Egypt - We recommend direct flights to Aswan sometimes with a stopover in Cairo (the company Egypt Air, or another site like Go Voyages, ..) • Make sure you have a passport that is valid at least 6 months after the dates of stay
Insurance We suggest you contact the insurance for the risk of cancellation, luggage protection, repatriation and your protection in case of accidents that could occur during your stay.. Note : For all the trips on Lake Nasser, it is necessary to anticipate (the best is a month) due to the incompressible time of 25 days required to obtain from the Egyptian authorities authorizations (individual and personal) ride Lake Nasser. Step 3 CONFIRMATION booking = Documents and Accompte We consider your reservation firm from the actual payment of 40% of the total amount shown on your offer: - Payment by bank transfer (we provide our IBAN appropriate in telling you a period of one month, we want maximum avoid solutions of Western union type, etc .... - You send us a scan of your passport (main page with photo, name, size, etc ..)
