What are we doing ? A smal country - it´s easy to keep some sort of control - because everyone knows everyone in the sport. Licensing, greencard, eventing card to begin at 80 cm and renewal when going in to CNC* classes (same as CIC*). A strict qualification system from 90 cm and upwards. A good education system for trainers and officials with focus on safety. The NSO have a presentation with focus on safety at every course for TDs and CDs.
