This would increase the chances of obtaining the championship, which would justify the mission to build sports facilities and their existence, and multiple maximizing the economic and other benefits. INTRODUCTION According to the Sports Act (2016, Article 145), sports facilities are arranged and equipped surfaces and facilities for the performance of sports activities.
