Kansas City Young Matrons • Project completed with exception of some punch list items. • “Installation Tea” held on Monday. • Successful project in all principal parties opinions.
51 Oak/ Whole Foods • Underground utilities substantially complete…Going vertical! • Awaiting schedule for 51 st & Brookside and 51 st Street work. Robert W. Plaster Free Enterprise Center • Anticipate Draft of RFP for June NAC Meeting. • Review of D/B submittals in August or September 2016 NAC meeting. • October 2016 contract award and 2018 opening.
