2018-2019 IBN Presentation The Tempe Elementary Education Association and the TD#3 Administration have reached an IBN agreement for the 2018-19 school year. The IBN Agreement was developed after sending a survey to employees requesting input as to their interests for this IBN process. The survey reflected the following areas: Salaries ● Benefits ● Miscellaneous Rate Schedule ● Policies ●
2018-2019 IBN Presentation Increase the Certified Staff (Teachers) Salary schedule base to $43,000. ● All returning individuals paid on the Certified Staff Salary schedules will receive an 11% raise and an increase of $280 (Prop 301) along with an increase to Pay for Performance by $400 (From $2,250 to $2,650). Returning Classified Employees receive 2% raise plus an increase to the ● Hourly Rate by $1.00 an hour.
2018-2019 IBN Presentation Increase Counselor Salary base (MA) to $41,000 , which is an increase to ● the base of $3,670. All returning Counselors will receive a 2% raise to current Base as well as the additional $3,670. Increase Social Workers Salary base (MA) to $41,000, which is an ● increase to the base of $3,831. All returning Social Workers will receive a 2% raise to the current Base as well as the additional $3,831. 5% raise for all Psychologists , Health Services , Specialists , and ● Administrators
2018-2019 IBN Presentation Continue funding educational increments ● Expand educational stipends to 6th grade Math and Science Teachers ● Increase Math/Science Stipend for Recruitment and Retention from $3,000 to ● $4,000. ( 6th, 7th, and 8th grade Math and Science teachers) Criteria for stipend: ○ ■ Teacher will be Highly Effective/Effective for student growth in Math or Science Teacher will be Highly Effective/Effective for student Achievement in Math or Science ■ Teacher will be Highly Effective/Effective in their Evaluation Overall Rating ■ ■ Teachers will participate in Professional Development and PLCS ■ Teachers will participate in TD3’s Annual Professional Development (GAP)
