SSDC with MAT
As a Naval Architect there is hardly any chance to witness how the steel plates used on the project being rolled out from red hot ingot in a steel mill. It is also very rare to witness construction of a new drydock specifically for the project. Fortunately I’d seen both in the MAT project during 85 to 86 in Japan
