Mutual Aid Communications • Name of contact person and utility. • How many crews you need. • What kind of equipment you need. • What type of voltage are you working with. • Preferred utilities that you want us to call first. • Best number to call you back at/can you receive text messages. • Where should crews meet and what time (immediately, 6:00am etc.) Provide address • Mileage limit you would have crews come in. • How many days you expect crews will be needed.

Work Hours • Typical is 16 hrs on and 8 hrs off • If job can be completed in one day, work longer • Consider time worked when releasing crews to go home • Have a night crew to address emergencies
