Construction Schedule & Operation Typical Hours of Operation ◼ 8-10 hours per day, 5 days per week; 7:00 am to 3:30 pm ❑ April 2019 - Start of Construction ◼ May 2019 – August 2019 – Treatment Plant Construction ◼ April 2019 – November 2019 Collection System Construction ◼ August 2019 - Treatment Plant Commissioning/Operational ◼ August 2019 – November 2019 – Sewer Lateral Installation ◼ November 2019 – General Restoration ◼ December 2019 - March 2019 - Winter Shutdown ◼ April 2020 – Public Meeting (Restoration Concerns) ◼ April 2020 – June 2020 - Final Restoration ◼
Property Disturbance and Restoration ◼ Contractor shall work with landowner to clear path for sewer lateral piping and septic tank decomissioning. Contractor to remove fencing, clear trees, etc. Fencing shall be reset ◼ Town, Contractor & Engineer understand the sensitivity of construction on private property and its impact. A 20 ft. Construction Easement has been obtained ◼ Contractor shall complete activities within construction easement. ◼ If contractor needs to access areas outside of easement, owner will be contacted for approval. Contractor will not utilize private utilities ◼ Private Utilities will be protected if locations are known ◼
Property Disturbance and Restoration ◼ Contractor will complete general restoration of sewer laterals as work is completed. General restoration shall consist of backfilling trench, and general ❑ grading to allow property owner to access all areas of yard. ◼ Contractor shall re-enter private parcels to complete restoration and “punch list” items after natural settlement has occurred and to place final seed, mulch and/or plant shrubbery/trees as part of project.
