PULPER TREATMENT PLANT FOR PAPER MILLS
TECHNICAL DATA OF THE PLANT CAPACITY OF THE PLANT: 80 ton/day (in the 24 hours). FEATURES OF THE INPUT MATERIAL: Pulper, production waste. PROCESS DESCRIPTION: The plant for the treatment of pulper waste provides a productive cycle able to obtain, starting from the waste described above, the separation and valorization of the materials of which the residual is composed. The cycle provides the separation of: - WATER - PAPER PULP - RECYCLABLE PLASTIC - INERTS - MAGNETIC AND NON-MAGNETIC METALS - NOT RECYCLABLE WASTE for disposal (made of heavy plastics, generally chlorinates, rubber, rags and other).
PROCESS The whole installation provides to the following treatment phases: 1. Collecting the material to treat 2. Starting in the treatment area 3. Introduction of the material in the treatment line 4. Recovery of paper pulp 5. Recovery of water 6. Recovery of light plastic 7. Recovery of magnetic and non-magnetic metals 8. Separation of non recyclable materials for disposal (heavy plastics, rubber, rags or other) 9. Transportation and weighing of plastic destined for recycling 10. All the necessary water for the treatment plant can be of "process" and then reused
LOADING PLANT SYSTEM The system provides, according to necessities, the continuous loading directly from the pulper discharger or through a conveyor belt.
SHREDDING SYSTEM The shredding system has been designed to guarantee a homogeneous waste ouptut making it adequate to the separation phases.
DOSING SYSTEM The dosing system is assigned to regulate the linearity of the separation phases. This passage is very important for the performance of the production and the quality of the separated materials.
VERTICAL REACTOR The duty of this machinery is to separate all the inert materials such as sand, rocks, stones and ferrous materials such as iron, aluminium, copper, stainless steel, other and sending them to the next stage for the separation.
WASHING AND SEPARATION OF INERTS - MAGNETINC AND NON-MAGNETIC METALS AND OTHER HEAVY MATERIAL This phase has the duty to separate the inert materials from magnetic and non- magnetic metals.
WATER TROMMEL This machinery has been designed to prepare the material for the next stages and separate part of the paper pulp starting the recuperation process.
FLOTATION TANK This particular machinery has the duty to separate light plastic from the heavy one. Also during this phase, the recovery of paper pulp is occurring.
HEAVY/LIGHT PLASTIC SEPARATION - This processing stage is crucial for the plastic revaluation. - It is very important that the plastic to revaluate does not contain Puc, Polycarbonates, ABS and other materials containing chlorinates.
PLASTIC WASHER This machinery has been designed to end the recovery process of the paper pulp and have the plastic separated (PE, PP, other) suitable for commercialization.
SPIN DRYER The spin drying system allows the remaining water separation from the material. The water is then collected for reuse in paper mill, making the material suitable for valorization.
PRESSING STATION This machinery is powered through a pneumatic conveying and have included an automatic ligature.
