As remember in Rashad LIU when Ms Herut said those people who in front of u know well previously but now them became other people with new thinking and planning for the best of their communities. RRI (Rapid Results Initiative) although it started in 2007 but still it is working in old and new communities as the same. Taroba basic school attracted school leavers to come back studing and Jumaa Mukhtar is a good example he finished his secondary school examinations and passes exams and succeeded waiting to attend the university.
