  2. Montréal Description of event: The event will take place during the first weekend of the February Reading Week . The event will last 3 days. We will leave either on Friday, February 12 th , 2015 or Saturday, February 13 th , 2015 and return on either Monday, February 15 th , 2015 or Tuesday, February 16 th , 2015 (all of which depends on which dates the bus tickets are cheapest). During our stay in Montreal we will be involved in tourist-related activities such as visiting museums, art galleries, eating at various restaurants, shopping, visiting Old Montreal and downtown Montreal.

How many people attending: 20 people (including executives) How is this events going to positively affect Brock students and the community: This event is designed to be an enriching experience for those students who are pursuing French studies or are interested in practicing French in a French-speaking environment and are intrigued by taking part in activities that are culturally based and promote a sense of community . This event is going to positively affect Brock students and the community by allowing students to investigate the vivid French culture and the lively streets of Montreal. To top it all off, the enriched French environment is sure to improve your French !

Other expenses, such as partaking in events related to entertainment and eating at restaurants will be individually paid for by each student.
