Assumes a 5% interest rate, 20-year bond. POTENTIAL COST OFFSETS: • Sell existing Town Offices and Library • Efficiency Vermont Incentives • Grants • Capital Campaign • Rental opportunities to offset operational costs • Municipal Building Fund (no longer needed)
