 Due to lack of requisite income and caste certificates, eligible families/ students are deprived of benefits of scholarship  The objective is to enhance the number of SC children covered by the Pre and Post – Matric scholarship scheme run by the MoSJ&E/ States  Aadhaar enrolment and bank linkage will also be undertaken 3

 Village level joint camps for issue of caste and income certificate  Identify Scheduled caste students who are not in school and enroll them  Identify scheduled caste students who are not receiving scholarships, enroll them 4

 Meet the District Collector  Ascertain dates for joint camps  Ensure adequate publicity is given  All participating departments- Revenue, Social Welfare, lead bank, Education, to be present in the camp 5

 Certificate of Caste duly signed by an authorized Revenue officer not below the rank of Tehsildar  Income declaration of self employed parents/guardians  Employed parents/guardians to obtain income certificate from employer  Consolidated certificate from Revenue officer for any other source of income 6
