  9. What will my GP do?  Risk assessment scores  Possibly DEXA scan to assess bone density  Assess need for treatment  HRT is protective

  10. Contraception  If last period is before the age of 50, contraception is required for a further 2 years  If last period is after the age of 50, contraception is required for a further 1 year  At age 55 it safe to assume contraception no longer required (Source: FSRH)
