SPRING STREET PARK • Site transformed from parking lot space to a public park in a downtown area • Park features include open space, playground area, lighting, hardscape/plaza spaces, public art, and water feature. • Adjacent land use at park edges is mixed-use with a combination of residential and retail. • Park edge is adjacent to Spring Street, including one-way traffi c, on-street parking, bus transportation, and a dedicated bicycle lane. CONNECTIONS 10TH STREET Pedestrian connections to existing streetscape and context can be strengthened. ROBERT STREET GRADE CHANGE Eleven feet of grade change from the North edge of the park to the southern edge. PUBLIC SAFETY ANNEX SOUTHERN EDGE Alley right-of-way includes overhead utility lines (6 poles) and stormwater catch basins. WESTERN EDGE Park is located on a zero-lot line with the ROSSMOR Public Safety Annex Building.
