BWI HOMELESS OUTREACH • More than 1,300 duplicated contacts • Since June, 2018 approximately 47 people have been housed • Since January 2019, approximately 8 new individuals a month • Since January more than 10 have received employment • January-April average 40 per night Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development Kenneth C.
