Cooperation Initiatives for 2016 • To hold workshops, seminars, training course and etc. to promote discussion and cooperation on further development of international and regional regulations and operational standards regarding to safe navigation, such as the Aids to Navigation Manager Course and Competence Development for VTS Operators which will be held by China in 2016. 12
