Why Tonight’s Meeting? 5 Boundary Review / Committee Consensus
The Boundary Review 6 Process 1. D. of E. prepares report recommending need of a boundary adjustment . (January 21, 2016) 2. If approved, a stakeholder committee is established to review and reach consensus on the boundary adjustment. Committee hold a minimum of one (1) public meeting with a minimum of 30 days public notification prior to meeting. (November 15, 2016) 3. Committee to be provided by staff with all relevant information, including one boundary adjustment option, on which to base discussion and achieve consensus. (May 16, May 30, Sept. 20, Sept. 29, 2016)
