Mandate Meeting Norms

CPP Mandate  To deliver a presentation on the Board’s Capital Plan  To discuss the criteria and process for establishing new community partnerships involving the use of board facilities  To hear presentations from eligible community partners on proposals for partnerships  To answer questions as needed regarding the process and next steps.

Meeting Norms  Chaired By Facilitator  All present can speak once recognized by chair  Speakers who have registered ahead of time will be given first priority to speak and present  Speakers will be respectful of others at all times  One person will speak at a time, once recognized by the chair ( a speakers list will be kept and followed)  Speakers will be given 5 minutes to present their proposal, extensions will be granted by the chair as requested, if time permits.
