ACHIEVEMENTS Bank account opened with Metro Bank ● ● Assisted council with planning for primary schools in local area Councillor Andrew Wood and Planning Manager Allyson King attended a ○ committee meeting on 22 January 2020, and later supplied a draft of a questionnaire for comments and feedback Excellent relations established with ENB ● ● Car park – Confirmed Film School spaces will be larger than Ballet car park spaces

  11. ACHIEVEMENTS (contd) Wind noise in Grantham and Java eliminated. (Led by Dan Dewhirst ● and Sneha Jetty). Dog fouling – bins installed and signs put up ● Grocer now pay for upkeep of entrance lobby. ● Traffic calming for dangerous drivers (esp delivery drivers) ●

ACHIEVEMENTS - Good Luck Hope merger Discussions with Ballymore: Confirmed void costs will not be borne by LCI ● residents during construction Riverwall maintenance was confirmed: GLH will ● pay all their costs and LCI will pay all theirs Explanation that correct due process had been ● followed during tribunal ‘dispensation’ Estimates of costs expected soon ●

Covid: ● BAML Covid-19 working group ● Reduced staffing level locally on site Furlough scheme ● ● Staff - 80% of salary, capped at £2,500 per month Furloughing of staff at LCI from 6 th April ● BAML has received £40,000 from Government ● Management personnel worked remotely from home ● LCI management team individual salaries reduced to 80% for 2 ● months (March & April) Frequent assessments carried out Savings NOW ● Difficult to quantify savings just yet ● Most staff back ● Services such as Gardening and Window Cleaning will be lower ● spend than budgeted Health Club opens early July with restrictions ● Overall cominbed costs will not be fully quantified until year end and completion of service charge accounts for 2020
