WHO WE ARE ERIC , FERNANDA , NOAH AND IAN FIRMAN Eric is from Cardiff by the Sea . He is a mechanical contractor with 20 years of experience in every aspect of residential and commercial construction concerning air and water . Fernanda was born in Brazil where she got her bachelors degree in architecture and urban design as well as her masters degree in lighting design . She has worked in the industry since 1999 . They both understand construction standards and how a building has a direct impact in people ' s health . "We realized that most people are unaware of how their habits and the buildings they are in adversely affect their health. WHAT IS INDOOR AIR QUALITY Indoor Air Quality ( IAQ ) refers to the air quality within and around buildings and structures , especially as it relates to the health and comfort of building occupants . Understanding and controlling common pollutants indoors can help reduce your risk of indoor health concerns .
