This logo redesign is to capture the essence of our call to Live Up. Authentic Manhood. Excurvatus Ex Se. A life Logo Redesign lived outward. The typeface used for Live Up is one that is weathered, yet stable, strong, but elegant. It brings to mind the pillars of Greek and Roman architecture that have stood the test of time through the elements and the storms. They have been weathered, but they still stand. Just as we face the trials and hardships life throws at us, we become weathered and worn, but it is only through our constant connection with God can we truly stand and stand firm. 24 “Everyone then who hears these words of mine and does them will be like a wise man who built his house on the rock. 25 And the rain fell, and the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house, but it did not fall, because it had been founded on the rock. Matthew 7: 24-25 The arrow points up as a directional toward heaven. As we live life outward, we become pointers to Christ. More so, we are useful tools in the hands of a mighty God. 4Like arrows in the hand of a warrior are the children[a] of one’s youth. 5 Blessed is the man who fills his quiver with them! Psalms 127: 4-5 “Authentic Manhood” encircles “Live UP” representing our “circle” our “tribe.” The “circle” is open which is an invitation for others who quest for what authentic manhood is.
