BI.DIS10 Generator prototype, Jura 6 Status of technical progress • PLC program improvement • Recipe's added for settings • Some functionalities sill to be implement • New TIA library item for automated state machine control (in SCL) • To be desired in nearby future: • Integration of the triggering optical module inside the PFN • Optimization of capacitive dividers pickups • Fast interlocks integration • Review of logical connection to BIS ongoing (1 channel Vs. 4 channels) …still to be discussed by MPE group, now this looks more like 1 BIS system ! 2

FSU jobs created for the following: • ABTECMAINT-48 Installation components BI.DIS10 in BCER (Linac4/LS2) • ABTECPROD-18 Cablage des 6 PFN pour le BI.DIS10 (Naked shells ready) – September 2016 ? • ABTECPROD-20 JURA6 BI.DIS10 patch traversant prototype (Change-over proto) – HW done • ABTECPROD-21 Pre-production series for PLC crates BI.DIS10 (Master, OP, GPC, EDS) – on-going FSU jobs created for the full production: • ABTECPROD-22 Production of series PLC crates for BI.DIS10 (Outside) • ABTECPROD-25 Patch panel de series pour BI.DIS10 au BCER (Outside) • ABTECPROD-19 Cablage des unites casette IGBT pour le BI.DIS10 (CERN?) Chassis drawings and cabling drawings done, aim to have all this ready by end of MAY-2016 (on-time). PDC production envisaged for September..., however and due to CL workload this will probably be realised in December 2016
