TH THE ASSOCIATI TION • "Let's Keep Learning" is a no-profit and social utility (ONLUS) association based in Vasto (Italy) specialized in care and assistance for disadvantaged people (disabled, elderly people, NEETs, families and women in difficulty, migrants) in particular for children and youngsters • LKL was born as a cultural asociation in February 2012 and in 2015 it has become a ONLUS with the recognition of regional authority.
WH WHAT LK LKL DO DOES "Let's Keep Learning" deals with • raising consciousness about social and educational discomfort and psychological disease (Dyslexia, ADHD, Autism) • counselling and legal assistance for parents, teachers and care assistants of disadvantaged people or who shows social unrest, psychological problems and/or issues related to school learning, early drop-out and integration in the school and in the society in general • career guidance and promotion of entrepreneurship for students, degree, womens in difficulties, unemployed, disadvantaged people and NEETs. The Association relies on the work of experts in the field of professional training, psychotherapy, psychology, education, counselling, career guidance and legal advice to offer to all its members whole support and advice. The Association organizes conferences, training courses, seminars, round-tables, and also meetings with the formula of mutual-help, which provides for dialogue and discussion, in a "protected" environment, with people who share the same experiences.
THE THE AF AFTERSCHOOL OOL SE SERVICE In the context of the activities related to learning difficulties • school, the Association offers its members a daily service of specialized after-school. The service is implemented thanks to the support of experts • of pedagogy and psycology Every day the experts follow the students with Autism, • Dyslexia, ADHD and/or SEN (Special Educational Needs) in doing home works and transfering them an effective method to study and learn The After-school Service is granted by families and/or • National Social Services funds

EU EUROPEA EAN PR PROJECTS The Association participates in European projects in the field of training and research . 1. observation of the adult education system for migrants and women in difficulties in Sweden (LL Programme) 2. interactive teaching for youngsters and NEETs specially through ICTs LKL is partner of the Erasmus+ KA2 Youth project called “ Gamification: ICT to play, play to learn ” • 3. special education needs – SEN and inclusive teaching: LKL is partner of the Erasmus+ KA2 School Education project titled “ New Approach for New Lives ” about the methodologies to • integrate and include the migrant students in the schools LKL is the coordinator of Erasmus+ KA1 Youth project titled “ Inclusion ” and aimed to teach to 28 youth workers the non-formal • training methodologies to integrate in the civil society disadvantaged youngsters and migrants LKL’ staff wrote the Erasmus+ KA2 School Education project (only for schools) titled “ EMOTIONs - European MethOds and Tools for • ImprOving New approach to emotions ” approved by Italian NA in 2015 LKL is co-applicant of the Civil Society Dialogue Between the EU & Turkey Project titled " Make Room For Us, We Are Here " aimed to • exchange of good practices for the placement in the labour world of the autistic youngsters with high functioning 4. effective teaching of Mathematics : LKL’ staff wrote the Erasmus+ KA2 School Education project (only for schools) called “ ETEMAT – Effective Teaching of Maths ” • approved by Italian NA in 2014;
ST STAFF • Ms Claudia Di Foglio : expert in training processes, coordinating training activities and dissemination of the events of the Association, she is responsible for the preparation and implementation of European projects, especially in the context of the Lifelong Learning Programme, now Erasmus+; she has participated as writer and implementation manager in several Leonardo da Vinci (PLM and IVT) Projects. • Ms Giulia Benedetto : EU Projects consultant, trainer and researcher about the European systems of Education and Training, validation and certification systems of competences and pedagogical items; she writes and improves project proposals of mobility activities and strategic partnerships • Ms Rachele Giammario : therapist of neuro and psychomotor developmental age, psychologist, educator, primary school teacher and lecturer at the University of L'Aquila, Regional President of AIDAI (Italian Association of ADHD); she has participated in several Comenius and Grundvig (LLP) as responsible of didactical items; educationalist. • Mr Josè Sergio Santoro : psychologist, trainer in psycho-educational items, primary school teacher, counsellor, life coach, expert in PNL and in Social Theatre; he has participated in various projects at local level on disabilities and learning difficulties and integration of people with socio-educational troubles • Ms Fulvia Cetrullo : pedagogist, founder and director of a Montessori School (3-6 aged and 6-11 aged), trainer accredited by IMI (International Montessori Institute), trainer at Universityof Barcelona in the Master of Montessori Pedagogy for children 0-6 aged; trainer in pedagogical issues like inclusion and integration in the school. • MsTatiana D’Ambrosio : nNeuropsychiatric of children, psycotherapist of developmental age, medical sanitary responsible of rehabilitation centre for Autistic people“Il Cireneo”, responsible of EU project“Start Autismo”.
NE NETWORK & COLLABORATORS Over the years LKL has created a dense network of partnerships with pre-primary, primary and secondary schools • training centers (LKL shares the site and works strictly with Polaris Ltd, a profit • organization active in the field of VET) youth centers • civil society • associations and organization active in the field of education and training • public authorities • municipalities • cultural centers • libraries • For an effective and large activity of dissemination and promotion of project results
NE NETWORK & COLLABORATORS LKL collaborates with International Institutes “Vivere Montessorianamente”. • The Institute manages a Montessori School with pupils from 3 to 6 and from 6 to 11 years old • In the Institute everydaythe Montessori methodologiesform the teaching/learningof Maths The Institute has been founded and is directed by Ms Fulvia Cetrullo , pedagogist, founder and • director of the Institute, trainer accredited by IMI (International Montessori Institute), trainer at Universityof Barcelona in the Master of Montessori Pedagogyfor children 0-6 aged; trainer in pedagogical issues like inclusion and integrationin the school.
