  16. Letter of acceptance • Has different names e.g. Offer of enrolment, Admission Offer, Letter of Offer. May arrive via email, snail mail to you or/and Malmö University • Accept your ’Offer’ (if required) • Upload to MoveON platform

Visa/Residence permit • Your responsibility to arrange • European citizen within EU: You may need to apply for a residence permit in your host country. • Check your host country’s rules • Apply on time, these things take time! INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS FROM OUTSIDE THE EU/EEA • Remember to check with the Swedish Migration Board (migrationsverket.se) regarding your residence permit application for both before you go and after you return to Sweden.

Learning agreement • For your own benefit • Must be signed by course/programme responsible/Head of Department and host university • Upload to MoveON platform before you leave • If you change any courses while on exchange: Amend the Learning Agreement and send it a.s.a.p. to your International Faculty Coordinator! Find information and download forms on our Go International website. Erasmus student use only the Erasmus+ learning agreement.

Insurance – Student-UT • All outgoing students are insured by Kammarkollegiet’s insurance ‘Student- UT’ during your time abroad • Free of charge • Valid 14 days before and 14 days after the semester dates (excl. Australia - visa dates. Insurance – within EU/EEA • Same coverage as Student UT outside of EU/EEA, except for health care: • Bring your European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) , issued by Försäkringskassan (www.forsakringskassan.se) or similar social insurance authority in your home country.   29. Credits and transcripts • Check before you leave where/when the transcript will be sent • Transcripts posted/emailed to either you, your faculty or the International Office • Make sure your credits are accredited by checking with the faculty coordinator • Upload documents to MoveON platform.
