Insulbloc exhibits zero settlement due to the installation process and its high compressive strength. Insulbloc’s insulation rating is less  affected by moisture. 1.5% moisture content caused by water vapour reduces fibreglass and mineral wool insulating rating by up to 50% while only affecting polystyrene by approximately 10%.
