Night Security   One security guard per floor from 10:30pm to 5:30am  Have had extensive background checks including FBI and Drug testing  Will not go into student rooms  Security will keep people that are not a part of our group separate from us  Will turn in a log form with notes on how the night went Tour Central  Available 24 Hours a day for emergencies including:  Family Emergency  Lost Book Bags/Cameras Other   Accident/Dental Insurance  Luggage Tags  Wristband with Tour Central 800# on them

  9.  Chaperones  Please register as an adult by 1/15/16  Projected cost: $99 (do not pay $329)  CMS Code of Student Conduct & SCMS Rules will apply during the trip  No ISS or OSS as of January, 6, 2016 in order to participate  Roommates  Students will be able to sign up in groups of 4 for their room assignments

Registration Deadline: January 15 , 2016 with $99.00 deposit How to Register: Go to www.nationsclassroomtours.com and use trip id #34601601 1) Call 1.877.270.1776 2) Mail in the registration form on the back of the parent letter 3) Payments: EZPay Program breaks down trip cost into two automatic installments- January 30, 1) 2016 and February 15, 2016. Pay in full by January 15, 2016. 2) Optional Trip Refund: Parents can sign up for a Full Refund Program for an extra $39.00 which allows  parents to cancel at anytime before the trip departure to receive all funds minus the program fee.
