At a technical level At a technical level ! We focus on all basic aspects Shooting / Driving the ball / 1-on-1 ... However to develop the playing philosophy grassroots football, the 2 most important aspects are: Controlling the ball and passing the ball !!
At a tactical level At a tactical level FOOTBALL 7 • Young teams use the system 1-3-2-1 FOOTBALL 11 • The trainers use the same basic system as the 1st team, the 1-4-3-3 • The teams also learn about the more offensive variant 1-3-4-3 !!
the most important • The most important aspect is NOT the playing system • The most important point IS the playing style: Creative, offensive and aggressive style !!
Education Education: • Training youngsters to be good people • Instilling healthy lifestyle habits • Helping them to be happy with the way of life they have chosen • Approaching schoolwork in a responsible way and of course …
• Excitement, passion and emotion

Teams of youth academy Youth academy • Always the youth teams plays with the same way of playing. • Improving the model match by match • The teams are organized around the ball
Trainers of the youth academy Trainers • The trainers work for the club to achieve the vision • The trainers don’t train their own team, they help the club to prepare players for the first team

In football you never know
Positioning game. 4v4+3 1 2 4 3
Positioning game. 5v5+3 / 8 versus 5 in attack
How they have to defend positioning games? How we think the players should defend positioning games? • 5” Rule • Press the player who has the ball • Defense very compact and together • Close the first line passes • Wait for the right moment to press: • Bad pass • Bad control • The player with the ball is in one corner • Ball on the air • Advantage in defense- We can double! • ...
The results of playing a good position games The results of the high level of positioning games? High intensity! • The players have to think and play faster • They train the physical qualities that they will need during the game • They have to defend together otherwise is very difficult to pick up the ball back. • Anticipation versus reaction! • Transition moments: 5” Rule and... much more!

1 7 3 4 9 10 2 6 8 5 8 11 6 10 7 11 2 9 5 3 4 1
Physycal training Velocity - Speed • The faster player is not the one who covers a distance with the minimum time, but is the one who is able to analyze, to execute and to resolve in the desired form the different actions that he finds during the match • If a player is not strong, not fast but he promotes all the options of velocity that football brings to us, he could become a fast footballer
Velocity How we can train Velocity/speed through the positioning games? • Make the field Smaller • Change the rules of the positioning games • Play short series, then they can play with higher level, more intensity! • Less superiority in attack The players have to think faster within better decisions without easy mistakes
