Signatureof the agreement between the University of Santiago de Compostela and the International Year of Global Understanding Last March the agreement to operationalize the RAC was signed in Santiago de Compostela. The event was attended Benno Werlen as representer of the the International Year of Global Understanding, the Rector of the University of Santigao de Compostela, the Regional Minister of Education and teachers responsible for the RAC, Ruben Lois and María José Piñeira.
